  19.           This file provides information for Shareware Distributors, Disk
  20.           Vendors and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the MicPlay
  21.           1.00 package.

  34.                               Distribution Requirements

  38.           Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add the MicPlay
  39.           package to their disk library may do so in accordance with the
  40.           Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  43.                             Limited Distribution License:

  47.           As the exclusive copyright holder for MicPlay, Michael Chan
  48.           authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following
  49.           restrictions:

  51.           The MicPlay package is defined as containing all the material
  52.           listed in the PACKING.LST text file. If any files listed in the
  53.           PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are
  54.           missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
  55.           forbidden. Please contact me to obtain a complete package
  56.           suitable for distribution.

  58.           The MicPlay package - including all related program files and
  59.           documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be
  60.           distributed as a complete package, without exception. The
  61.           PACKING.LST text file contains a list of all files that are part
  62.           of the MicPlay package.

  64.           Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or
  65.           installation batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are
  66.           acceptable.

  68.           No price or other compensation may be charged for the MicPlay
  69.           package. A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the
  70.           diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk)
  71.           does not exceed US$8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00
  72.           internationally.

  75.                                  Disk Sets & CD-ROMs:

  77.           The MicPlay package CANNOT be sold as part of some other
  78.           inclusive package. Nor can it be included in any commercial
  79.           software packaging offer, without a written agreement Michael
  80.           Chan.

  82.           Vendors who wish to distribute the MicPlay package as part of a
  83.           collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a CD-ROM package) must
  84.           obtain permission from Michael Chan prior to beginning such a 
  85.           distribution. (But you will probably be accepted.)

  90.                   Disk-of-the-Month (or Subscription) Distribution:

  92.           If you would like to distribute the MicPlay package as a Disk-
  93.           of-the-Month, or as part of a subscription or monthly service,
  94.           then the following restrictions apply:

  96.           Please must contact me in advance to insure that you have the
  97.           most current version of the software.

  99.           You cannot use a Disk-of-the-Month distribution to use up your
  100.           inventory of old (out of date) disks. Only current versions may
  101.           be shipped as Disk-of-the-Month disks.

  103.           The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or in
  104.           part, using any means, without the written permission of
  105.           Michael Chan. In other words, the disk-based documentation may
  106.           not be distributed in PRINTED (hardcopy) form.

  108.           The MicPlay package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.

  110.           You may not list this product in advertisements, catalogs,
  111.           or other literature which describes this product as "FREE
  112.           SOFTWARE". Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not
  113.           free.
